Terms of Service

1. Definitions

1.1 Software: means the software product(s) provided by Vortex to the Customer.

1.2 Customer: means the individual or entity that purchases the Software from Vortex.

1.3 License: means the right to use the Software in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2. License

2.1 Vortex grants to the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Software for the Customer's internal business purposes.

2.2 The License is subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Refunds

3.1 There are no refunds for Software purchases.

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1 The Customer may not use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4.2 The Customer may not use the Software in any way that violates the rights of Vortex or any third party.

4.3 The Customer may not use the Software in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Software or any other system.

4.4 The Customer may not modify, crack, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software.

4.5 The Customer may not manipulate the Software in any way, including but not limited to:

  • Cracking the Software;
  • Modifying the Software in any way that is not authorized by Vortex;
  • Using the Software in a way that violates the terms of the License;
  • Using the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Prohibited Actions

5.1 Any attempt to debug, crack, monitor, or analyze the Vortex software may result in sanctions against the user.

5.2 Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that compromise the integrity of the software or violate the terms of use.

6. Remedies

6.1 If the Customer violates any of these Terms and Conditions, Vortex may take any action it deems necessary to protect its rights, including but not limited to:

  • Terminating the Customer's License;
  • Banning the Customer account; and
  • Banning Customer PC from using Vortex Software.

7. Limitation of Liability and User Actions

7.1 Vortex Disclaimer: Vortex is not responsible for any damage to the user's device resulting from the use of the software. Additionally, Vortex is not liable for any actions taken with or consequences, including in-game penalties, arising from the use of the software.

8. Account Ownership and Changes

8.1 All changes of account ownership must be communicated to and approved by an administrator. Failure to do so may result in an account ban.

8.2 Users are responsible for ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to their accounts.

8.3 Each user is allowed only one account. Any user found to be in violation of this policy may face measures taken against both their primary and secondary accounts, including but not limited to account suspension or ban.

9. Password Recovery

9.1 In the event of forgetting the account password, the only methods of recovery is through a Vortex-linked Discord account or 2FA.

9.2 It is the user's responsibility to keep their linked Discord account information and 2FA accurate and up-to-date.
